Alvarez Electric Guitar

Alvarez Acoustic Electric Guitars – Is smaller better or worse ?
since their smaller folk model (RF20SC) is the exact same price as their larger dreadnought model (RD20SC), i’m wondering if you have any opinions as to which one sounds/feels better?
(it’s for an adult who is an experienced electric guitar player, but this will be their first acoustic electric).
thanks.
Excellent question. I am strongly biased towards the folk style, which is actually an auditorium size, also called 000 or OM. I think it offers a much more balanced tonal range than the dreadnought, which tends to be bass-heavy. Also, the folk style is a lot more comfortable to play since dreads are large instruments that many people find uncomfortable to play for long periods of time.
But ultimately it comes down to whichever one you like better.
