Itâ??s well-known that going in for sports keeps all the body trained and healthy. Jogging or swimming, tennis or football, everybody can choose what he/she likes. Also, everybody knows that eating food rich on fruits and vegetables and poor on sweets helps body to stay healthy and therefore beautiful, because they are tightly related. In fact, itâ??s impossible to be beautiful and unhealthy, and vice versa. So, exercising provides our body with strength and energy. But, what we need to do with face?
Actually, the same. Useful food and sport activities help not only figure to be fitted, but face as well. There are special complexes of exercises, named facial exercises. They consist of cheek exercises, double chin exercises, complexes against under eye bags, etc. For instance, one of the most famous and the simplest exercises is the next one. Make circles with maximum diameter by slow moving of the chin. At first, circle your chin clockwise, than counterclockwise. Repeat 5-6 times.
